How much does travel planning cost?

Custom travel planning begins at $750. Your fee depends on the length of the trip, the number of travelers, how many destinations are involved and the level of planning required. We discuss your trip first and give you a clear planning fee before any work begins.

What travel budgets do you work with?

We work across a range of budgets, and we're honest about what a budget can achieve in a given destination and season. If your trip budget and expectations don't align, we'll tell you early and suggest alternatives rather than plan something that won't feel right.

Can you help if I don’t know where I want to go?

Yes, and that is often the best place to start. Tell us when you're free, where you're departing from, roughly what you'd like to spend and the kind of trip you're craving. We'll suggest destinations that fit and go from there.

Do you plan group trips?

Yes. Birthdays, friends' trips, family travel and destination celebrations. We handle the coordination that nobody in the group wants to take on, and keep everyone's plans in one place.

Do you plan honeymoons and romantic travel?

Yes. Honeymoons, anniversaries and escapes built around experiencing somewhere together are a core part of what we plan.

What is included in my planning fee?

Your planning fee covers our time and work: the consultation, destination research, trip design, accommodation and dining recommendations, arranging experiences and transportation where applicable, revisions after your review, and a complete written itinerary for your trip.

Are the costs of hotels, flights and experiences included in the planning fee?

No. Your travel expenses (accommodations, transportation, experiences and meals) are separate from the Atlasnuve planning fee. The planning fee pays for the planning work itself.

How far in advance should I reach out?

Accepted Answer

The earlier the better, particularly for popular destinations in high season, villas and larger group trips. That said, shorter timelines are often workable, so tell us your dates and we'll be straightforward about what's realistic.

Can my itinerary be adjusted after I review it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Reviewing and refining the plan together is part of the process. We adjust it until it feels right to you.
